TEAM ASSIGNMENTS PLUS PRE-FORMATTED GOOGLE SLIDES
Click here to see the Google Sheet with team assignments and the name of the product you will focus on for the two-day session. Look for your name, then scan to the right for your team’s unique Google Slides link. Each team has a unique, pre-formatted Google Slide deck so you can collaborate. So make sure you click on the correct link for you/your team. You can open the slide deck then test to ensure you have editing rights. If you have a problem, ping me at gbiddle616@gmail.com.

Pre-reading:

Required Pre-reading
Over the course of two four-hour sessions, you’ll develop a complete product strategy. We’ll alternate between the main room and small groups where you’ll work with your team using shared pre-formatted Google Slides. I work at a fast pace so it is very helpful to do the pre-reading.
The pre-reading is called “How to Define Your Product Strategy.” It is a 12-part essay that outlines a step-by-step approach to defining your product strategy. You do not need to do the exercises in advance— we will do them during the workshop. The series has a total of 20,000 claps on Medium and takes a little more than an hour to read.
The other pre-reading is called “Branding for Builders” and it now has 11,000 claps. It takes about twenty minutes to read.
