Welcome, Emerson Product Strategy Workshop Participants!

The Product Strategy Workshop starts at 10 am on Thursday, October 6th, but please come at 9:30 for a coffee so we can start right on time. We will be done by 5 pm, with a happy hour until 6 if you’d like to stay a little later. The address is 278 University Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94301.

Links to access pre-formatted Google Slides for each team

Here are the links for the pre-formatted Google Slides for each team. If you have a moment to check that your link works, that’s helpful. You can also preview the workshop slides to get a sense of the work you will do, but I will guide the teams through the process during the session. We’ll also engage in a lot of cases that will help bring the concepts to life.

Go-Do’s (if you haven’t done it already):

  • Click here to read my “How To Define Your Product Strategy” series on Medium— it’s about an hour of reading. You do not need to do any of the exercises in advance. (We will do the exercises for DHM, GEM, SMT, and Roadmap during the session.)
